Report a Security Breach

As a collaboration platform for grid operators, EDSN facilitates the free energy market in transition with knowledge and expertise. We do this by ensuring robust, transparent market processes and making all relevant energy data securely available.

However, the wide application of ICT and its scale also means that the potential impact of security breaches has increased. That is why we invest a lot of time and money in continuously improving our ICT systems. The effect of a security breach can be significant and new vulnerabilities are discovered daily. That is why we would like to hear from you if you think there is a weak spot in our systems or applications.

What is a security breach?

A security breach, also known as a vulnerability, is a weak spot in a system, application, or network that can be abused by an attacker. Exploiting security breaches can lead to security risks. In the worst case, systems can fail (availability), data in a system can be changed (integrity) or data can become accessible to people who are not authorized to do so (confidentiality).

How do I report a security breach?

Report a (suspected) security breach to EDSN using the form below. Provide us with as much information as possible. The more specific, the better. You can also report anonymously. We will treat your report as strictly confidential.
